How to create a bespoke ring, step by step
From the first gesture to the ring on your finger, here is the real path, step by step: what is automatic, what is human, and how long each thing takes.
Step 1: discover your taste (optional, no account)
A short image test: you love, you pass, you mark your hearts. The test reads what keeps returning and gives you back your jewellery taste profile, often truer than anything you would have declared. It is never compulsory: you can create without it.
Step 2: compose your ring (no account)
Create step by step, or the free way: you compose your ring through simple choices, or describe it in your own words. The price appears the moment your project is complete, calculated from its real weight of metal and its stones. While you create, it may vary by up to 10%.
Step 3: watch it be born
One gesture, and the tool produces a faithful image of your ring. Your creation is usually born in under a minute; occasionally it takes up to two, rarely a little more. This is where the account is asked for: your work is kept, nothing is lost. You can then see it in motion, and see it worn.
Step 4: the house checks
Every creation passes the house’s technical eye: the stone secure, the band wearable, the piece castable. Then a human eye looks at every piece before it goes further. What you see as feasible can exist: that is the promise.
Step 5: order
You order when you wish, or never: a creation can simply stay in your space. At order, the price is set: what you pay is final. Your ring is then made for you, in our workshops in France.
Step 6: receive
Allow 6 to 8 weeks for making and delivery, worldwide, insured and tracked. Every piece is checked before it leaves.
And the other path: the Shop
There are two ways to buy at LAB IMAGINE. This one, creating your own. And the Shop: acquiring another member’s creation, chosen by the house, made to order as a numbered limited edition. Same workshop, same materials, same care.
